 With over 15 years of experience helping women navigate the demands of work, family, and wellness, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to prioritize your own health. As a registered dietitian, my approach is rooted in compassion and practicality—I meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and guide you in creating realistic nutrition habits that support how you want to feel in your body. Together, we’ll focus on small, sustainable steps that make a big impact—so you can feel more energized, more confident, and more at ease in your everyday life.

When you work with me, expect more than nutrition advice—expect a shift. 


My clients often come in feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or disconnected from their bodies. Through our work together, they begin to feel confident, at peace with food, and more in tune with what their body needs. 


Together, we create realistic, sustainable changes that leave you feeling energized, supported, and capable of enjoying food and life again.


Using Intuitive Eating principles, you’ll learn how to:

I also own Rest By The Willow, a wellness-focused travel coaching and advisory service designed for women who want to feel better on the go. Approach

I believe that every woman has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. As a registered dietitian, my approach is centered around helping my clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their "WHY" and nutrition goals, as well as create actionable steps towards achieving them. 


I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their nutrition and wellness behaviors to work towards their desired outcomes.


Goals are outlined based on client health history, dieting and weight history, long-term health and wellness goals, food preferences. 


I work with clients to establish goals that are realistic and achievable for them, not what the latest fad diet or influencer is promoting.
